Italian Watermelon

Watermelon is light, cool and refreshing. It is a classic summer fruit. Unfortunately sometimes watermelon go to waste because it is so large. But with the leftovers you can make some delicious recipes, as the watermelon sorbet.
Ingredients: 500g watermelon, 180g sugar, 200ml water and 2 spoon of lemon juice.
Bring sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan. Simmer and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then add the lemon jiuce and let the mixture cool. In a food processor mix the watermelon, without seeds and add the sugar syrup. Pour in a vessel steel, cover and freeze for about 8 hours.
