Barbera d'Alba Superiore 2014 DOC Casa E. di Mirafiore
The soil is the typical soil of Serralunga d’Alba, very rich in microelements, therefore these vineyards originate wines that express great character, with pronounced acidity and flavour. The colour is dark ruby-red with purple highlights; nose brimming over with leather, black liquorice, coffee and blackberry. This Barbera d’Alba starts out on the palate providing a warm feeling of volume and body, with the fruit blending marvellously with the soft tannins and the acidity, while its finish is long and savoury.
The Mirafiore Barbera d’Alba Superiore ages in big and medium size oak barrels (20 - 140 hl), in which the malolactic fermentation takes place before the end of the winter. The wine stays in wood for one year, and then is bottled before further ageing in the cellars for six months.
Thanks to rigorous grape selection on the vine, this fine Barbera is also distinguished by exceptional smoothness.
Perfect with pasta, meat dishes, fresh and medium aged cheeses.

Barolo Lazzarito DOCG 2010 Casa E. di Mirafiore
Ruby-red with garnet highlights, it has a sumptuous bouquet, with clear-cut overtones of ripe plums, tobacco, mint, rosemary, cinnamon and dried mushrooms. Very dense, closely-woven tannins give the taste a well-knit sensation, together with softness and balance.
At this point ageing begins in barrels (2,000 – 14,000 litres). After the second year, the wine stays in the bottle for a further period before consuming. This further refines the tannins without increasing the wine’s woodiness, achieving the right balance between the aromas of the grapes and the wood.
A truly full-bodied and powerful wine, obtained from grapes grown in the Lazzarito vineyard, a vitally important cru for the production of Barolo situated in the township of Serralunga d'Alba. Featuring typical ruby red hues shot through with garnet glints, this wine expresses itself through a focused fragrance containing vanilla, spice, woodland scents and faded rose. On the palate the taste is dry but mellow nonetheless, pleasantly velvety and harmonious, with a generously persistent finale. A superb wine for accompanying ambitious dishes with a flourish of quality and tradition.
Ideal with big red meat dishes and medium or mature cheeses, it also provides pleasant company for after-dinner conversation.
Barolo Riserva DOCG 2007 Casa E. di Mirafiore
Keeping up a tradition, Barolo Riserva Mirafiore is made blending wines coming from different estate vineyards. These vineyards can vary, depending on the characteristic of the vintages. Anyway, blending is made just when the malolactic fermentation is completed. A very long maceration and a few transfers during the oak barrel ageing, allows it to anticipate the evolution of the tertiary aromas before bottling. The perfect polyphenolic ripening of the grapes before harvesting, favours the extraction of a big quantity of sweet tannins, which at the end of ageing build a dense silky weft. In the glass, Barolo Riserva is a wine that can offer great emotions: ruby highlights still show on its deep garnet red colour, while its intense, clear-cut nose hints at spicy aromas like wormwood, then cocoa, mint, black cherry, leather and dried mushrooms. Its sweet, velvety tannins blend nicely on its smooth taste, helping to ensure a very long finish, warm and fascinating.
When tasted it reveals itself as an important wine, almost sweet at the start, velvety and welcoming, warm and full bodied.
In order to be labelled as a "Riserva” (Reserve), according to the law Barolo wine must have undergone at least 5 years of maturing before it is released. The first three years are spent in medium and big size oak barrels (20-140 hectolitres), then the wine ages for one year in large concrete tanks and – finally – for the last one in bottle.
Ideal match for big red meat dishes, and medium and mature cheeses, this wine also provides pleasant company during afterdinner conversation.

Frappato IGT Terre Siciliane Carolina Marengo
As is the case with the Nero d’Avola variety, Frappato also demonstrates Sicily’s full winemaking potential, able to produce a powerful, persistent and very elegant wine that inspires the taster from its very first olfactory notes, which characterise it in an unmistakable manner. Distinguished by its ruby red colour and a fresh bouquet of red berry fruits and sweet spices. Round on the palate, with a lively acidity, the wine is well balanced and persistent.
Carolina Marengo Frappato is produced by Feudi del Pisciotto winery and it is obtained from the best selections of Frappato grapes. Like Nero d'Avola, the Frappato vine also shows the whole enological value of Sicily, capable of offering a powerful, persistent and very elegant Sicilian red wine, which has been striking since the first olfactory notes that characterize it in an unmistakable way. Carolina Marengo Frappato is part of the Italian Fashion Collection Top Designer Wines Collection's, which the Sicilian producer Feudi del Pisciotto has dedicated to the greatest Italian fashion designers. The harvest is carried out towards the first week of October, followed by fermentation in steel and a maturation in 50% new and 50% second passage barriques for about 10 months. The wine completes the refinement in the bottle for the next 8 months.
Frappato Carolina Marengo by Feudi del Pisciotto pairs well with fresh cheeses and cold cuts, as well as particularly tasty fish dishes. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 15-16 °C.

Sassoalloro IGT Toscana Jacopo Biondi Santi
Biondi Santi's Toscana Rosso Sassoalloro was born in Tuscany and is created by Jacopo Biondi Santi. It represents the bridge between the past and the future of the family wine production, maintaining a great passion for Sangiovese, but giving life to a new interpretation of this grape variety. It is produced with 100% Sangiovese Grosso grapes, harvested at the end of September. After vinification, the wine rests in barriques of non-toasted woods of the Tronçais forests for 14 months. It is a wine with a brilliant ruby red color, with shades tending to violet. The nose opens with fresh and fruity scents, enriched with pleasant notes of violet. In the mouth it is soft and velvety, with an extremely long finish. Overall it is a very elegant wine, with an excellent longevity potential: from 15 to 20 years.
This wine is ideal in combination with red meats, in particular grilled or grilled, and important roasts.
Rocca Rubia Carignano del Sulcis 2016 DOC Santadi
Rocca Rubia Wine has a deep, almost solid ruby red color, on nose is intense with fruity notes of blackberry, blueberry, vanilla, myrtle, leather and liquorice, on palate is big and velvety, great structure and long aromatic finish, a full-bodied wine.
It matches red meats, wild boar, roast suckling pig and mature Pecorino cheese.

Calabrone is a reserve wine made with a percentage of dried grapes. This process intensifies its flavors and softens its tannins. Pinot Nero Langhe DOC Poderi Colla
This is a pure Pinot Noir, planted in Cascine Drago in 1977 with vines imported from Burgundy. It displays the elegance and finesse of the French pinot noir supported by a clearly Piedmontese structure. The name derives from the fact that when the ground was ploughed prior to planting the vines, Roman remains were found: fragments of bricks, tiles and amphorae from a Roman settlement.
Delicate garnet red; fine nose, aromas of tobacco, cherries, spices. In the mouth, flavours of ripe fruit, fresh tannins, round and well integrated into the body of the wine. Length and persistence of aromas with good ageing potential.
Although not from the Piedmontese tradition, it is a wine that goes well with our agnolotti pasta and roast fowl.

Solaia 2014 Toscana IGT Marchesi Antinori
The 2014 Vintage of Marchesi Antinori Solaia shows an elevated color intensity, a sign which, from the very beginning, indicates its importance. The nose is ample and complex, full of fruity and varietal aromas and sensations which begin with black cherries and ripe red fruit and finish with liquorice, coffee, and toasted oak. On the palate the tannins are supple and balanced. The wine is savory and mineral, but soft as well; its aftertaste recalls sweet notes of cacao, vanilla, and black and red berry fruit which linger and last.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG 2016 Pian delle Vigne Marchesi Antinori
The”Tenuta Pian delle Vigne” winery is located 6 km far from Montalcino and it consists of 65 hectares of vineyards. Its name comes from a locality on which there was a railway station in the 1800s. The first harvest of this wine took place in 1996, the year after the acquisition of the company by the Antinori family. After a long aging in oak barrels and in bottles, this Brunello shows in the glass an intense ruby red color; the nose develops a complex bouquet with hints of ripe red fruit, cherries under spirit and flowers. In the mouth it is very rich, elegant, persistent and characterized by soft tannins. It is perfect to drink in combination with meat courses,mixed grills or seasoned cheeses.
Guado al Tasso Bolgheri Superiore DOC 2017
On the nose the wine shows elegant notes of toasted oak, coffee, and spices followed by aromas of plums and black currants. On the palate, the initial impact is soft but firm with a vein of acidity which gives greater freshness and crispness than usual. The tannins are extremely elegant and the aftertaste is very persistent, with sustained and lingering notes of the coffee, berry fruit, and toasted oak first perceived on the nose. It is a vintage with a great aging potential.

This red ruby wine with garnet reflections, has different, clear and persistent perfumes. In the mouth it is powerful and hot in alcohol. Fruity and spicy notes prevailed and the wine is persistent for a long time. It is a product with BioAgriCert Organic Certification made from Primitivo grape. The name derives from the location of the vineyard, situated in the locality of San Giovanni in a soil that is very resistant to dryness and particularly suitable for Primitivo grapes.
Pinot Nero DOC Poggiobello
This ruby-red wine has a characteristic orange rim. Its scent is distinct and singular, recalling red fruits, particularly raspberry. To the palate it proves pleasantly dry, extremely elegant and velvety, with long-lasting persistence.
Pinot Nero is a vine that originated in the Borgogna area and it is cultivated quite frequently in northern Italy as well. Often used to produce sparkling wines, it is known for the natural acidity of its grapes. In some particularly prestigious winemaking areas, it is used to make reds, giving rise to elegant still wines.
Poggiobello boasts a surface area of 110-hectares, ninety of which host cultivated vineyards. It grows ancient indigenous varieties like Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Refosco, Verduzzo Friulano and Picolit (of which Poggiobello owns the largest portion of the Colli Orientali Consortium). Moreover, the winery also grows the most known international varieties such as merlot and sauvignon, which have been cultivated in this territory for centuries.
It lends itself well to enhancing dishes like livornese-style fish or tuna in pastry crust. This elegant wine is often enjoyed with high-brow, elaborate cuisine.
Barbera d'Asti DOCG
This bright ruby-red wine has violet hues. To the nose, it expresses fruity scents that recall cherry and blackberry. To the palate, it appears quite rustic, dissolving its edginess to leave space for more complex aromatic sensations where ripened fruit flanks an extremely elegant tannic texture. Just a bit spicy at the finish, it maintains a good level of freshness and persistence.
La Barbera, Monferrato’s diamond-point variety, finds its ideal climate amidst the Bricco dei Guazzi vineyards, which is perfect for fostering the ripening process which gives the wine its renowned qualities: great character and optimal intensity.
This wine is capable of expressing a typical nature, while keeping its distance from the stereotype that presents Barbera as an ‘edgy’ wine. Highly appreciated for its great range and the optimal balance of all of its features, it is a ‘rotund’ charming wine that’s approachable and flattering.

The Rosso di Valtellina DOC from ARPEPE first saw the light in 2003, after a sweltering summer that had put our vines and our winegrowers sorely to the test. It would not have been fair to demean all their hard work by selling off the grapes, which were unsuitable for making a vintage wine. Characterised by an intense ruby red colour typical of this grape variety. The nose offers delicate and persistent notes of red berry fruits such as blackcurrants, blueberries and cherries. Full, velvety and persistent, aiming for an elegant overall harmony.

Vibrant and lively ruby colour. The nose displays typical violet flowers and cherry fruit scents and a mineral note. Opens immediately to the palate with freshness and flavour dominating the middle part of the tasting, while the pleasant finish offers fragrant fruity notes.
The cru of Chianti Classico. A Reserve originated from a single vines and has obtained the highest scores for its elegance and uniqueness. A wine showing the huge potentials of Sangioveto.
Recommended to pair with grilled meat dishes such as Chianina steaks, or with game, and interesting with aged cheeses.
Tassinaia IGT 2015 Castello del Terriccio
The grapes of Tassinaia come from 37.5 acres of vineyards with sandy, stony soil and a moderating maritime climate characterized by a long ripening season. On the label two green segments symbolize the grassland of Terriccio. Tassinaia is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. This big, structure wine has blackberry, blackcurrant, herb and tar aromas with tobacco, cedar, and vanilla notes before dense, rich and round plum and cherry on the palate. Soft tannins broaden out in the mouth in a long finish.

Merlot Poggio ai Merli 2017 IGT Toscana
The colour is deep and vibrant purple, clear, brilliant and beautiful texture. The nose is complex and the black fruit (blackberry and blueberry in particular) prevails in a clear manner. Raspberry, cherry and plum, followed by roasted notes of cocoa, vanilla and coffee. The mouth is soft and enveloping, with fine and elegant tannins. Warm, soft and very balanced. The finish is long and harmonious with a marked fruity aftertaste.
Tuscany has demonstrated to be a fantastic land for Merlot vines, with renowned wines all over the world like Masseto. This Merlot made in Castellare, thanks to the strategic position of the vines, has a unique character you may find only in the best International Merlot wines.
It is easy to match with main courses and all red meats, like liver and boar.
Barolo DOCG 2012 Bussia Dardi le Rose
The Dardi di Bussia subzone is historically considered one of the great Barolo crus. It is mentioned, for example, in the "Monograph on Viticulture and Oenology in the Province of Cuneo" by L. Fantini of 1880 and in the Atlas of the Great Langa Vineyards published by Arcigola Slow Food, as one of the most prestigious wines.
Intense garnet red, ample and elegant bouquet delicately spiced, with hints of flowers, small red fruits and tar. On the palate, an opulent structure buoyed by soft tannins, overlaid with ripe fruit and liquorice. A ‘majestic’ traditional nebbiolo with the power, harmony and complexity of a great orchestra! Extraordinary ageing capacity.
Perfect in combination with red meat and furred game dishes, but also very rich fish dishes, such as baked turbot, as well as with fine cheeses.

Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico 2013
The Amarone Classico by Nicolis is a great Amarone, from the noble body and the austere taste, deep and powerful. Comes from one of the wineries with more history of the entire Valpolicella, a winery that lives in the heart of the classic, in a fascinating landscape, on a range of small valleys where the soft profile of the hills is characterized by a mild climate; an area that is like a treasure chest, and that gives rise to wines of great complexity and depth. Born from a grape carefully selected, placed in boxes and left to rest in a well ventilated and dry for three months to get to an extraordinary concentration of sugars and aromas. Here begins a slow and long fermentation maceration that lasts for almost a month; then the wine is aged in oak casks for about 30 months and is then left to age in the bottle for at least 8 months. The Amarone Classico by Nicolis that shows a deep ruby red color and dark, which offers powerful and elegant notes of ripe fruit, jam, cocoa, tobacco and leather. She has a great body and a deep roundness, is complex and balanced, without neglecting aspects like softness, warmth and freshness.
It goes well with game, roast meat and hearty flavourful aged cheese. Without food is an extraordinary "meditation wine". The bottle should be opened at least one hour before serving. It should be served in large balloon glasses that favour good oxygenation.
Jacopo Biondi Santi - Schidione IGT

Lupicaia IGT 2010 Castello del Terriccio
It is the leading wine of the farm - the wine which has made the estate world-renowned. This rich Super Tuscan has considerable ageing potential and it is one of the finest made; its debut vintage, as well as all following vintages, achieved the coveted Tre Bicchieri award. The two characteristic red-brown parallel segments on the label symbolize the typical red colour of the soil in the vineyards.
Lupicaia is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, vinified from only the best of the carefully selected grapes, and aged for 18 months in new French Allier barrels. A heady blend of crushed black cherry, blackberry and spice aromas precede plush blackcurrant, dark chocolate and mint-laced fruit with mineral aspect and a sculpting acity. Tannins are big, round and soft before an eternal finish.
Ambrosan Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Classico 2010
The Amarone Classico "Ambrosan" by Nicolis is an absolutely princely wine, great body and infinite elegance and vigor. Nicolis family has an unbreakable bond with the land of Valpolicella is the history of wine in this fascinating territory; is from 1951 that Nicolis represents a point of reference, is the soul of the wine of this land of famous wines that opens like a hand just north of Verona and that, like the fingers of the hand, gives us valleys unique; valleys kissed by the sun and mild climate of Lake Garda and the wind flowing down the mountains Lessinian. The Amarone Classico "Ambrosan" was born in the vineyard "Ambrosan", in San Pietro in Cariano, with a manual harvest and careful selection of grapes which are then set aside in a dry and ventilated rooms; after 4 months in the middle of winter, here are softly pressed and the juice begins a long, slow fermentation where the Amarone Classico "Ambrosan" aged in Slavonian oak barrels and barriques for 30 months. He gives us a generous and complex aroma, ranging from ripe fruit to the trees up to the scalp. A truly important and impressive for an Amarone Classico which is distinguished for its rich aroma and for its elegant feeling of power.
Like the Amarone Classico, the cru “Ambrosan” goes well with game, spicy cheese and roast meat. Without food, it is an extraordinary “medita- tion wine”. The wine should be opened at least one hour before serving. It should be served in large balloon glasses.
