Excellent white wine made from a blend of 70% Garganega, 15% Chardonnay and 15% Sauvignon grapes varietal, with no wood, though in a fruity, youthful style, reminiscent of nuts and peaches, already exhibits the trademark Anselmi complexity.
Roberto Anselmi’s is a strong, maverick personality. His winery provides impressive evidence of what the indigenous Garganega variety can achieve, when properly grown and superbly crafted.
