Ever since the 1970s, Tenuta S. Anna has been stretching the limits of innovation.

The care put into selecting the varietal wine, into making the most of the territory as the focal point of continuing research, the attention to detail, all constitute the foundations on which Tenuta S. Anna has modelled its success. The tradition goes on, and it is this perpetual innovative motion that is the guiding force behind the Azienda because, in order to be really and truly enterprising, there has to be a historical background. The fruits of the vine transformed into precious liquid nectar. Aromas, flavors, the genuine charm of the earth elements captured and contained in every glass. Working in the vineyards alternates with the application of refined enological techniques and artisan know-how, combined with ongoing research to produce alluring, sensational wines while maintaining respect for man and his environment.

A grape variety of French origin, here in Italy this has become the most famous vine all over the world: in the north-east territories (the regions of Veneto, Friuli and Trentino Alto Adige) it has found its ideal habitat and on completion of the white wine-making process, proposes unpretentious, full-bodied wines that easily accompany a wide range of dishes.

Style: Pleasant to serve as an aperitif, it is a good partner for first courses based on fish and second courses of white meat. Excellent with pasta and clam sauce, seafood risottos, chicken suprême, rabbit stew with olives.
Vinification: Once collocated in the presses the grapes are very gently pressed. The process for making white wine is started, separating immediately the grape-skins from the must, in steel tanks at controlled temperature.
Ageing: The wine is left on the yeasts for about three months in steel vats, to then be bottled and shelved for another two months.

Colour: Straw-yellow color with golden tints.
Taste: On the palate the flavor is resolute and harmonious, full-bodied and with an appreciable level of sapidity.
Aroma: The bouquet is generous and pronounced with delicate aromas of pear.
