Tenute Mater Domini was founded in 2003. The concept of quality for the company in primarily focused upon modernizing methods of agricultural production, paying particular attention to agricultural innovarion, as well as respecring the traditions of Salento area. The estates are composed of approximately 80 hectares of land located in the countryside of Salice Salentino and Veglie. The vineyards are all included in the DOC Salice Salentino area and the Igt Salento area.

Ageing: On average 50% in new French barrels for 5/7 months. Bottle ageing for 6 months.
