Levoni Aceto Balsamico di Modena is obtained from cooked must and wine vinegar, aged in oak, mulberry and cherry barrels. It is particularly dense, its taste is sweet-and-sour, its aroma is fruity, and its colour dark brown.
It is an ideal dressing for salads, boiled or grilled meat and different types of Carpaccio.
