Prosciutto di Parma DOP Cured Ham Figs and Orange Aroma
Preparation: Lay down the 4 Levoni Prosciutto crudo slices onto a bed of rocket salad. Cornstarch and sugar - 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon. In a small saucepan mix and melt the cornstarch and the sugar. Add orange juice - mix it up. Garnish with orange - cut the peel into strips. Serve the sauce on the side in a small bowl.
