This delicate and fragrant dessert of Venetian origins has a soft crumb and the flavour of fine butter, pleasantly sweetened with a hail sugar topping and delivered in an elegant gift box.
We recommend bringing the cake to room temperature or warmer for few minutes in the oven at 60 C before serving
