A full bodied, harmonious and complex wine.
The over 30 years old vineyard produces naturally low yelds.
The temperature range, favoured by the particular soil exposure, makes the wine fresh and fragrant. In the winery, the chilled fruit was pressed and cold settled before being racked and warmed for fermentation. Cold fermentation techniques and selected yeast strains were employed to retain aromatic characters.
With excellent balance and intensity of flavour this wine is crisp and fruity in style, finishing with great persistance.
