18.80 is a beer made from 18 % barley malt and hops, 80 % water and 2 % of other spices, which give to its light and fresh taste a hint of herbaceous aftertaste. It is made with a first fermentation at low temperature followed by a fermentation in the bottle at high temperature. The characteristic cloudyness is due to the presence of yeasts.
