White Truffle Butter
White truffle butter is a simple but effective ingredient using white truffles churned to infuse the light, airy butter with the rich aroma of truffles. When using white truffle butter, add it in at the last minute in order to retain the full flavour.
White truffle Butter is fantastic on many vegetables and also to add a little something to a succulent steak or chop and fantastic to add to a turkey or chicken when roasting.
BEEF SCALOPPINE WITH TRUFFLE BUTTER
INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 3 tbs. normal butter 4 beef flank steaks 1 tbs. Tartufo Truffle Butter, salt and freshly ground pepper.
PREPARATION: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the normal butter. Season the flank steaks with salt and pepper, and add them to the skillet. Sauté until the steaks are cooked through. Serve the steaks immediately with 1 teasp. truffle butter on top.
