Prepared with ripe and pulpy tomatoes to obtain a rustic and thick sauce, with the addition of onion, garlic and basil, a classic of Neapolitan cuisine.Instructions for use: bring the oil to temperature in a separate pan, when hot pour the product and cook over moderate heat for 6-7 minutes. Add directly to the pasta.Tomatoes harvested strictly by hand and processed the same day. Gluten free product. No GMOs.
