Grillo di Colmajor Piccolo
Soft cheese produced with whole raw cow's milk, obtained from Brown breed cows, coming from farms located on the hills of Tarzo and Vittorio Veneto.
It has a pinkish-white rind; the paste is creamy, ivory-white in color, with sparse and irregular holes.
The flavor is sweet, slightly savory, with hints of mushroom, butter and forage.
When it is sufficiently mature it can also be tasted by the spoon, removing the rind from the upper face and hollowing out the cheese with a spoon.
