
Pork Sausage Spicy
The chilli pepper has long been linked to the hot lands of southern Italy and is a common ingredient in several dishes as well as a refined spice for many deli meats and sausages. Chilli and salt are added to the pork paste, the former providing a slightly pungent, hot taste and a bright red colour. It does not contain gluten or lactose.
To be eaten after cooking. Great grilled, baked or pan fried.
