Extra Virgin olive oil Marina Cvetic
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by Masciarelli. Harvesting is done by hand picking in November (2014). The milling occurs within 4 hours from the harvest. The oil is a blend of Leccino, Gentile, Dritta, Carboncella and Frantoio, from the provinces of Pescara and Chieti.
The oil is characterized by a fruity aroma of medium intensity. Perceptions of citrus notes, floral fragrances and fresh almonds.
Fish dishes as seafood salads, appetizers, grilled fish, red meat, tagliate.
