Baby Onions in Balsamic Vinegar
Spring Onions cooked in a sweet and sour sauce with balsamic vinegar. Great for appetizers, as side dish for escalopes and boiled or grilled meat, or fish.
FILLET WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR
Ingredients: beef fillet, flour, butter, salt, pepper.
Procedure: Flour the tenderloin and brown it in butter hot. Pour a little 'out of the box of liquid to flavor the meat. Pour the onions with the rest of the liquid. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let it evaporate very slowly. Serve the tenderloin hot, accompanied by onions whole.
