Claudio Olivero introduced in his father large farm the organic farming of laying hens. The wide spaces allow the chickens to graze in peace and to seek relief in the shade of trees in the hot season. At sunset, when they feel the need, the hens retire under the large porches, where they rest and where, in the course of day, lay eggs. Claudio produce all the nourishment for his hens in the company's fields.

He cultivates organic, with the research of the ecosystem balance, using various techniques to improve the natural fertility of the soil, increasing the health of plants and thus the animals by adopting crop rotation as a self-fertilization of the soil system. It has a self-sustaining cycle and the grain crops, corn, barley, alfalfa, oats and soybeans give high quality products. He brings cereal grown on his land to a certificated feed mill which provides the milling and returns the ready feed. The vitamins, proteins, enzymes and nutrients are contained in whole cereal grains, stored on farm and mixed with a balanced recipe and monitored by the veterinarian, always present in the farm.
